Thank you for shopping at Dpayurveda. We care about your satisfaction. This Return & Cancellation Policy explains when and how you can cancel an order, return a product, or get a refund or exchange. Please read carefully in simple English before placing your order.
You may cancel your order free of charge only if the product has not been shipped yet.
Cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible—within 1 hour of placing a prepaid order, or before shipping for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders.
To cancel: email us immediately at dpameditech@gmail.com with your order number and a clear request to cancel.
If your cancellation is accepted before shipping, you will receive a full refund (prepaid) or no charge (COD).
Once your order is shipped or out for delivery, cancellation is not possible.
After delivery, please follow our Return Policy (see below).
You may return a product if you are unsatisfied, but you must do so within 30 days of receiving the item.
Please count days starting from the delivery date.
Only items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging are eligible.
Products must include any sealed wrappers, labels, or accessories still intact.
Exceptions for damaged or defective products (see Section 2.3).
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Your order number.
Photos or video showing the issue (damages, wrong product, or defective, including packaging).
After approval, we will offer you either a full refund (excluding shipping) or a replacement at no extra cost.
Email dpameditech@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery stating:
Your order number.
The reason for return.
A statement that the product is still unused and in original condition.
For damaged/defective items, attach the supporting images or video.
You are responsible for shipping the item back to us, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service.
Please ship to the return address provided by our support team.
Save your tracking receipt—you may need it in case of disputes.
Once we receive the product, our team will inspect it.
If the item meets our return conditions:
Unopened, unused, undamaged, original packaging
Match with order and return request
We will approve or reject the return.
If you choose an exchange:
We will send a replacement product of equal or greater value (if available) at no extra cost.
If the requested replacement is not available, we will refund the full amount.
Refunds cover only the purchase price of the product.
Original shipping fees are not refundable, unless we sent you the wrong or damaged product.
If you returned the product due to change of mind, total refund = product price minus your return shipping cost.
After approving your return, we will initiate the refund within 3 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take 7–15 working days to appear in your account.
Refunds are issued back to the same payment method used for purchase.
For COD orders, refunds will be processed by bank transfer or other agreed method. Please provide bank details if needed.
If a returned item is:
Opened or used
Missing accessories or packaging
Damaged unauthorisedly
Not the original item
We may:
Issue a partial refund, or
Reject the return and send the item back to you at your cost.
Returns from international orders are only accepted in cases of:
Damaged, defective, or wrong product delivered.
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Return shipping, customs charges, import duties, or failed delivery fees are your responsibility.
If refund is approved, we may deduct:
Shipping costs,
Customs fees,
Or handling charges (as applicable).
Refunds will be in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed—conversion rates may apply.
Products sold at discount price, promotional bundles, or under “Buy 1 Get 1” offers:
May be non‑refundable, except in case of damaged or wrong delivery.
We will clearly note this in product descriptions if applicable.
If your order includes perishable Ayurvedic items (herbal juices), or personalized powders or mixes:
These will typically not be eligible for return unless they arrive spoiled or expired.
Please review product info carefully before purchase.
Returns where the customer changes their mind (taste, smell, personal preference) are accepted only if the product is unused and unopened, within 30 days.
Return shipping fee is borne by the customer.
No returns for:
Products opened or used,
Change of delivery instructions after dispatch,
Wrong delivery address provided by you.

Please include your order number, reason, and any supporting photos in your communication.
We aim to respond within 2 business days.
D‑P Ayurveda reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Cancellation Policy at any time.
Any changes will become effective from the date published on our website.
Please review this policy each time you shop.
You place a prepaid order at 10:00 AM.
At 10:30 AM you email support requesting cancellation.
Order is not yet shipped → cancellation accepted → full refund processed within 3 days.
You receive your package on January 10.
On January 12 you notice the bottle is cracked.
You email support with photos and order number.
We confirm and ask you to ship it back.
We receive the returned item, verify damage → you get a full refund, or choose a replacement.
You receive the product on June 1 but decide you do not like it.
It is still sealed and unused.
You email support on June 15 and return it.
After inspection, it qualifies → refund issued minus your return shipping cost.
